In the wake of the
CSN CTF Invite Cup, which featured some of the best and most prominent ctf teams in Europe, the time has come for us to open up the registration to everyone. After the announcement of the upcoming LAN in Eidhoven, we want to give all teams a chance to warm-up and square off versus each other, and see how they match up against others.
The cup will be held on
February 12th, at 16h CET, the registrations start now and last until
February 12th, 15h CET, when you will have to manually check in within a 1 hour time window to be a registered participant of the cup. Top 4 seeds are reserved for the teams that participated in the Invite Cup;
Drugs & Porn (1),
Expendables (2),
Unknown (3) and
k1ck (4).

Update #2: The lower bracket finals and grand finals are rescheduled to next week, the schedule will be updated once all the teams find a suitable date. Drugs & Porn and Pros of Pain will be facing off in a lower bracket best-of-3 and the winner goes to face The Expendables in grand finals best-of-5.

* Server ruleset: standard Quake Live (no pql).
* The lower bracket best-of-1 has to be played on Ironworks.
* Grand finals are played in a best-of-5 format, with the team coming from upper bracket having a 1-0 map advantage over the lower bracket winner.
* Picking rules: (pummel or cointoss) pick, pick, drop, drop (finals: pick, pick, pick, pick).
* Minimum number of players on the team roster must be 4 before signing up.
* Teams can add additional players to the team roster after the cup starts only if the players have not participated in the cup.
* All players must record the demos (cl_autoaction 1).
* All players must at least have a premium account, or have someone in their team who can invite them to the server.
* Standard server locations are Frankfurt, DE or Amsterdam, NL. If both teams agree, they can play on a different location.
* In case of ping complaints, teams are obliged to find a server where both teams have close to, or an equal ping.
* In case of players warping, report it to admins before readying up, otherwise the complaints will be ignored.
