It was a great trip and I would like to encourage other players to visit moscow for Asus Cup, or to just go to Russia for fun. I want to thank Barbie and her family for letting me stay at their house, and driving me to and from the airport, and to all these wonderful places! They rock :)

This is one of my favorite spots, this church is in the Red Square right outside of the Kremlin, it looks so pretty with snow :)

I have never been to ESWC before, nor Paris, and now I finally have the chance!! A few weeks ago, ESWC opened up the application process of female counterstrike teams (for those without a preliminary in their own country). My team, girlz 0f destruction, has applied to join this tournament. We were previously a Q3 duelling team, and now we are playing Quake 4 (we won top 3 places at MsQuakecon). I am sooo pleased to tell everyone (that I come across, because I'm so excited!!) that girlz 0f destruction is now in ESWC females counterstrike tournament!
The lineup is:

Jaffy
We will play under the U.K. flag because Hbee, Jaffy, and Ms.X are all UK passport holders.
Now it's time to get down to heavy duty practice, and I can't wait to watch all the OTHER awesome games going on during the event (i.e. quake4)!

Okay so.. There is something very very wrong with my onboard sound. I have a pci express shuttle, so an option for me to put in a sound card is not possible since all sound cards I have come across are PCI only. Is there such thing as a pci express sound card yet? If you know, please tell me.
But since that is not possible for now, my next option is to get an external sound card... I dont know what to choose from. I was browsing newegg.com and I came across one called soundblaster live :P someone told me that it's really old though. Can anyone suggest a good one? (Something besides just getting headphones with the external usb thing)
(The problem with my sound is that I can only hear things from the left side, all right side sound does not work)

I'm so angry at my copperhead. The last couple times I have rebooted my computer, my mouse has not been detected, and I have to unlplug/plug it back in to get it moving. And the drivers will say "no mouse detected" when I try to make changes.
So frustrating! I think I'm going to go buy one of those $10 mice... that don't require any drivers.. yes! YES!

what is a good, yet inexpensive digital camera that has movie recording capabilities as well?
My friend has a canon A75 (I think) its only 3.2 megapixel but the quality looks great.... (I would buy that one but it costs too much!)

Ouch.. Today my 8 week old kitten pounced on my head and scratched my left eye! Well luckily she only got the white of it and so I CAN still see, but the doctor made me wear an eye patch (gauze and tape) for 24 hours... great I LOOK GORGEOUS! I have this bloody red dot with red all around in the corner of my eye! (whitepart) It looks so gross 8( . But anyway uhm does anyone know how to tame kittens? 8o
