hello guys i have a problem and need a fresh idea

i have this old notebook here. hardware specs arent important. whats much more important is that the things cd drive and all 3 usb slots dont work anymore
besides the thing is just running fine.

now, what would be the best method to get a new fresh install of windows xp onto the laptops harddrive. without cd or usb.
i also tried to do a network install. but this requires to boot the notebook with a cd in order to load network drivers and ofcourse access the winxp installation on my system.

i already removed the hdd from the laptop so i can at least format it

any ideas are much appreciated

ive been trying to setup ql for a friend of mine but unfortunately he doesnt get over 60 fps although the system should be sufficient
its a sempron 3000 with a gig of ram and a gf 6600gt. addidiotnally he is using a
SAMSUNG syncmaster 205 bw
i did of course try
com_maxfps 125
r_displayrefresh 0 to 120
writeprotection from ql dir

and also the strange r_vertexlight which also doesnt seem to work properly :rolleyes:
stragely enough, the fps seem to be kinda capped to 60, that value is never exceeded

if anyone has an idea, would be much appreciated

how the fuck i am supposed to persue any of the ql matches with all those streams and login requirement and the rest of the adorable qc stuff

i just got kicked by 2 polish guys for hacking
