this vacation i had alot of time to spare and i also have to do back exercise 2 times a day cause i had alot of back trouble. I decided this would be a good time to also do other exorcises since im already busy anways. But im not really sure what the good exercises are.
What i want is abit of arm muscles and abit of abs. What i am doing know are :
-several exercises with weights which involve my arms. i have to do these for my back but i mostly feel them in my arms
-pushups
-situps
-deep knee bends

So is this stuf any good? 2 times a day not enough to achieve things? you know better exercises?

Also, i dont want to do some kind of silly diet. And also i dont want to become a friggin body builder, just a little bit of muscle to feel better :)

P.S: im not overweight :P

how to make a comeback in T4? I ask this cause today i had 2 games vs the same person. 1st one ended 17 to 4 for him, 2nd ended 17 to 4 for me. The biggest difference i remember is that i got rail+mh in the 2nd game.
Which leads me to the conclusion that i know how to play t4 when in control, but have no clue at all how to gain back control.

so here is the situation, u spawn at plasma pickup ya and realize your opponent has 150/100 and rail. What kind of spots should i try to get to get control back? Also he aims slightly better with rail.

New 'raw device' input mode. Set in_mouse 2 to bypass DirectInput and talk to your mouse device directly. We have seen bad interference from various software, and in general you might get more reliable / better quality mouse input with in_mouse 2.

so.. what will this be good for? In the past i always used in_mouse -1 cause q3 couldnt handle the newer mice on 1.
But the past half year i switched to in_mouse 1 cause my mouse still works with that under QL, and it has less of a delay.

and now we got in_mouse 2... why should or shouldn't i use it :)?

how do the better player use the hotkeys? and i mean the numbers 1 to 10, didnt knew the right name for them :)
cause im never really sure how to divide the numbers between buildings and unit groups.

since yesterday im trying to use fov 100 for RG/LG /mg and fov 110 for the rest. im still not sure wether this is an improvement or not so i would like some oppinions on having diff fovs for weapons.
