I've been looking to get a new monitor for quite a while, but only page I know that reports input lags is http://www.digitalversus.com/duels.php?ty=6 .

So I'm asking you guys to report in, if you have somewhat cheap ( 150-220'ish € ) monitor that doesn't have too bad inputlag.

Edit: Also the monitor should preferably be either:
21-22" 16:10
or
22-23" 16:9

CRT monitor can't be the solution for me.

Acer S231HLbd 23"
Acer V233Hbd 23"
LG W2343T 23"
