Last week was very interesting. In capital city of Poland- Warsaw people had occasion to meet best players in strategy games from this country.

Polish website and organisation- Netwars.pl made a tournament in Starcraft, Warcraft III the Frozen Throne and Warhammer: Dawn of War. Around 1 month ago the online eliminations started. Many players were participating at this 3 platforms. Because I was a comentator and judge of Warcraft III I will focus at this game mostly.

In Grand Final which takes places at Polish-Japanesse High School of Information Technology were playing 8 players from Poland: defs.TeRRoR, PGS.PS.Palad, jagr.kor, TW.D-Link.Lysy, CSG]Champ, JustPlay.HGM, TeamDelta.Casin and SPQR.Crom- guy who was playing at IEF in China 1 month ago. Lan was very nice, because TeRRoR wanted to show that he's still the best at Warcraft III in Poland- after he lost against PGS.PS.sLh in grand final of polish eliminations to World Cyber Games. Unfortunately he has beaten by PGS.PS.Palad in final. Last game was very exciting- till last minute noone knew who will win, but very good timing and micro of Paladyn afford him to beat TeRRoR at last.

Few words about organisation. It was great, many people helped to make this lan as a show. We had 2 big places to comment and watch games with a lot of fans. Atmosphere was great, noone bite others, noone flame. Sad thing is that Starcraft scene dont like Warcraft. I don't know when it could change, maybe when SC2 will come? I don't know. Now I'm waiting for next event which takes place in Warsaw again in next 1-2 months.
