PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTING CPMA

Hello everyone, i have this really annoying problem
i have q3 1.32 and cpma 1.46 and all the maps and etc.
But when i try to connect to eswcīs gtvīs i get this message:
i have directx 9.0c
Not a JPEG file: starts with 0x9b 0xff
what may that be ?
