I apologize for delaying news for such a long time, but on the other hand i want to announce, that we will have three games today, which you will be able to watch using GTV and, maybe, a stream. We are totally not sure about second though, but we will do our best - stay at
#cpm.nations for latest news. You can find exact time for each match under the "Matches of 4th week" spoiler.
Also i added results of a 3rd week matches, which wasn't so great for
Sweden 2 - they are leaving our tournament. After they lost - even count of teams left. This means, that each team plays a match this week. And since it's the last day of the play week, we have one game played already -
BuRussia quite convincingly won against
Russia 2. This victory lets them to take 1st spot after the group stage. And YES we are going to the play-off single elimination stage next week. I want to remind, that only teams with not negative score are going to play-off.
Update: Sadly we weren't able to find any free streamers, so the only way to watch games will be GTV. Also, links for demos of 3rd round are added.
Update 2: 4th round is finished. Play-off pairs are:
Russia 2 vs
Poland 1 and
Germany vs

2nd week of Nations Cup has ended, all the matches were played in time. As it was predicted four teams fell out of the tournament already :
Russia 1,
France,
Czechoslovakia,
Poland2. Unexpectedly we can see one of the strongest and oldschool polish players amongst them. Inactiveness means a lot when you come to a game with a strong opponent. But that's not the only surprising result we have this week:
Russia 2 was better than one of the strongest teams last years -
United Kingdom and is on top of the rating. Also i want to stress that
BuRussia shows really great results and will probably finish at top3 in final standings.
If you want to know, when games are scheduled or starting, if you want to know if there will be a stream, or just to know a GTV adress - join our channel in IRC

Nations cup took a start a week ago, and so far going well. 2 matches were moved, but luckily it wasn't because of inactivity. As you may know, tournament table is updated after the play week to make a schedule for the next one. So everyone, who moved the match - lost scores, and their opponents gain ones. It was made to prevent repeating matches. Also the new system (
jud4s thought up one) add some randomness into the tournament's flow. That's why this round can be the last round of this cup for:
Russia 1,
Finland,
France,
Sweden 2,
Czechoslovakia.
Poland 2 (-5) vs (+5)
Poland 1 (Game moved by PL2)

4th of October 13:00 CST. If everything goes fine, we will provide Russian and English comments. If you want to know about other games, streams or just some additional info, you are welcome at our irc channel

After one and half year of a break we are back and ready to start
CPM TDM nations cup. Comparing to the last year we have 3 teams less, but that doesn't mean that tournament will be less entertaining. All the team were put in the single group. After four rounds of the group stage four teams will follow to single elimination bracket to decide, who is the best this year.
We will try to stream as many matches as possible cooperating with
nVc from
Level Up TV (English comments). If you don't like streams - there will be a possibility to watch the game via GTV (you will need quake 3 and cpma with maps installed).

We were waiting for two years, and now the time has come. The biggest Defrag tournament continues its history with the 2010 edition. As you may already know, the most recent
DeFrag World Cups were organized by
<Nemesis> and
TiTAN from
Breakdown-HQ, the most popular Defrag site online. However, since these two guys don't have much time for the game they love so much, we welcome a new organizer, the great mapper and Defrag player,
GT-Agressor. As the breakdown scripts need to be modified and there's no one to do that,
[cJs]ScOuT made a
new engine for the cup.
Most of the rules weren't changed, and the descriptions of all the stuff you aren't allowed to do will be added soon. You can enlist for the cup until
Sunday, March 28th. One player can participate in both solo VQ3 and solo CPM. Also, it is possible to play in one team as a VQ3 or a CPM player.
