My left side of my screen looks very bad other half is working fine and after having the pc on for a while the left hand side of the screen works good aswell until lately the left side keeps looking bad can't play games this way, help?

Does the Killer Xeno Pro networkcard give a more stable ping?
Cause I share internet with about 24 others which all sometimes torrent and stream videos on youtube my ping would average between 16-150 on Quake 3 Arena CPMA quite rapidly.
Voice comms seem to be a problem aswell as I sometimes play TF2 used to play it quite competativly but had to stop due to lag issues. Same problem with my ping there and voice communications are laggy.

The map works in defrag but doesn't work in cpma!?
Goes to load screen and then when it wants to load the map just kicks me back to main screen of cpma.
