Ok, let me preface this by saying that I'm terrible at cpm (like easily the worst player on any given day on #uscpmpickup).
Anyway, yesterday, after getting raped by brut on amph (FU brut :P), I turned off xerpclients. My rox and plasma felt better (more "responsive" for lack of a better term), but my lg and mg didn't.
So my question is this: Is it ok to bind some weaps to have xerp on, and some have it off? For example, I'm thinking of binding each projectile weapon to have xerp set at 0, and each hitscan weap to have it at 1.
Would this screw me up? Is there something to xerp, maybe how it's calculated, that makes it most responsive when it's constantly set at 1?
I apologize if this seems like a ridiculous question to you veterans, but I'm genuinely curious.
Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions you may have. :D :D :D
