Thanks for the info guys... We are going to offer incentives for students and really promote free time when you bring in friends. Merchandise and food sales I beleive is a must. And yes we will have women working there. PC sales and gaming CPU's well also have. BYOC is another thing that will be promoted and supported.

A business partner and I are scouting locations in Sacramento to open a premeir LAN/Console/ gaming center with tournaments and movie entertainment as well.

We are about mid way with the project, and since our business model is a living document, if anyone here has any input they want to ad on what they would like in a gaming center it would be greatly appreciated.

After all, its for people like us.
