I join a QL server, hit F3... The server is ready and countdown starts...

5, 4, 3, 2, 1, FIGHT... First spawn! And then... half a second of frozen screen.

When this lag is over I sometimes find myself in lava or another disadvantageous position. What could be causing this lag? I had this with autoaction 0 as well as on other values (my first theory was it might be some disk access problem when demorecording starts).

I don't always get this problem, but at least in 70% of the games I play I do get it. I also get it in duel.

Apart from this I do not have any performance issues in QL.

Does anyone have this problem too? Does someone know what might cause it, and if there might be a solution?
