Hey guys, I know there are a few threads and about this topic already but I'm hoping to get some extra advice. I've been trying for the past couple of days to get my 3.0 to reach 500hz on Windows 7 64-bit. About a month ago I was able to get my MX518 to do 500hz using one of the various guides out there. That mouse will still do 500hz on the port that I OC'd it on, but my 3.0 just won't overclock at all. A few of the guides have different steps such as replacing files in the sysWOW64 folder and other stuff but they haven't worked for me. I'm on Windows 7 64 bit build 7600. I don't know if there has been a recent update or something that has broken the guides that are out there, but I would like to hear from anyone that has gotten their 3.0 to reach 500 or 1000hz on this OS/build and how it was done. After using deso to sign the system files, when i right click on the device and check the driver properties, it still shows that c:\windows\system32\drivers\hidusbf.sys is not signed. I have UAC fully disabled, and I am also in test mode but I can never get that signature icon to show up next to that file. I'm not sure if that is neeeded or not but maybe you guys could check your own drivers and see if it shows up as signed. Thanks for any help that you guys can give.
