Trying to remove my WMO shell, I've removed the 4 feet and unscrewed the 2 screws at the back, but I can't get the front bit off, looks like there are 2 clips under the front feet, how do I get it off? Thanks.

Thinking of getting one, had my Razer Mantis Speed mat for too long. I was looking at the soft version.

Firstly, does it work well with a WMO (stock feet)?

Second, I'm a little bit sceptical about ordering it from the official site, what is thier service like? I'm from England, guessing the shipping will take a while?

Also it's likely that no one will be home when it's delivered. Any idea what will happen then? Can I arrange for them to leave it in a safe place? I imagine it won't be easy to get in contact with them.
