My white WMO's cord has failed. I have 4 black replacements.
Now, I don't recall how it initially handled, but the black ones are, at this time, physically slower.

In fact, I can't remember experiencing cord drag, on my white WMO. On the black ones, however, it is unbearable.

I'm left wondering whether the new mouse feet are to blame, or if it is but a matter of breaking in the cord.

I know for a fact some of ESR's users have gone through my weight in WMO's and, as such, am requesting guidance.

I, today, received a Wheel Mouse Optical. The switches are as unpleasant as I imagined, but that's beside the point.
While I don't believe prediction is a problem, is this what its absence resembles? Using the USB mouse rate adjuster, I understand I overclocked my port to 500 Hz.

I was essentially wondering if I ordered the wrong version.
