I bought Logitech G35 like 3-4 yrs ago, it was really nice but it was raping my hair, I was having like 1cm pit on middle of my head. Also the pads of headsets worn out so quickly it leaves shitty material on my head, something like rubber and dust. Then I stopped using it 1 year ago, I bought an earbuds, Creative EP-630, its like most comfortable thing ive ever used, because i dont even know if its on my head, its that light. Also i was so suprised about the sound quality, I mean I never needed the g35 when i bought this one. and ofc there isnt any hair problem. it also doesnt get sweaty like g35. AAAAAAnd at games, I can detect enemy positions very well, its stereo. I was having G35 plugged in to my PC since I bought those earbuds because I need it's mic. I was putting it between me and my keyboard just to use it's mic. Today Ive ordered Logitech C270 HD Webcam and it has got it's noise cancel mic on it. Ive seen some reviews on youtube and voice sounds clear. So this g35 will be totally useless now i guess. My question is, do I need Logitech G35 anymore?

Hey i got zowie FK , i didnt ever touch the dpi button so it must be 450, i use 3 sens in tf2, csgo,quakelive all are same but when i check my cm/360 with ruler, its like 28-29 cm instead of 30.8

m_yaw is 0.022 , windows sensitivity 6 , i dunno what causes this. can you help?

I wanted to put G400 sensor into my WMO 1.1A Black Case,

I worked on it like two days. During this process, the god of this job, Spicke, helped me in every moment, thanks to him so much! <3


1-) Cleaned WMO case for G400 sensor : http://puu.sh/5NJ8v.jpg
2-) Unsoldered G400 sensor part from click part, and unsoldered wmo's click part.
3-) Found buttons one by one and solder them together with cables.

Everything was ok, no doubt it was about to work...

I was so excited so I rushed a bit,

Mistakenly, I plugged the USB power cable to G400's side buttons plug. You can see both plugs in picture. And that part heated so much, I think I burned it. M1-M2-M3 don't work, sensor works, scroll up and down works.

I had a White WMO 1.1A in 2011 and buttons were broken, the case I mean, so I cut the case and saved the sensor until now. Now I thought about placing it to my black case but I cleaned inside of WMO as you can see in first picture. So I soldered the optical transparent plastic thing to black case, there wasn't any screw hole anymore so I made it stable with some napkin pressure from top of it, and guess what, it is working pretty fine so far. I had crosshair falling down problem with my black wmo, now with this white sensor, that problem went away. But yeah, it costed a g400. :P

Now my Black WMO works with a White WMO heart.

And R.I.P. G400 :(

MORAL OF THE STORY : DON'T FUCKING RUSH DOING THESE KIND OF STUFF!

You don't need those fancy hyperglides or some stuff like that.

Couple years ago I showed the "steelseries dot" to my dad and he instantly said me that I can do the same at home for free.

Here I explain how to do it;

2-) Get two napkins or one big one.

3-) Spray the car wax to one of napkins.

4-) Rub all mouse feet very kindly with that napkin.

5-) Rub the other,clean napkin to mouse feet. or just rub it to your clothes a bit.

I really love wmo 1.1a it works so fine but i got some problems.

first one is, while i play (fingertip&wrist&lots of liftup) it just goes down randomly if im aiming at the guy's head, it jumps to feet for example. i blow into sensor but its still same.

im using it @500hz , 4.2 sens, 0.018 m_yaw , 1024x768.

second problem is, i think it is pretty normal, it has got negative accel if i swipe it really fast ( coz 1.55m/s ?) but i dont think its a big problem since im a wrist player. just help me with the first problem please.

Guys I have got Razer Deathadder 2013, I don't see any problems tho but there is a question in my mind if wmo is better than this too? Is there anyone who got both? Maybe g400?

Hey guys i had a da 3.5G and i sold it for real cheap coz my hands were getting sweaty after playing hard 1-2 mins, so it was slipping alot i could not hold it, BUT ONLY SIDE PARTS, NOT TOP!

so i want to buy da 2013 coz i love da, will it be same? if it will be same, my money will be wasted, thats why i am asking.

Also if you think there is any other mouse with no accel or any problem, just say me so i can search.

I'm kinda new in this game so item timing stuff is important for me. It could be really cool to practise those numbers like xx:46 Red Armor, then you add 25 and type in the numbers, on my iphone 4, I saw couple threads on this forum including android version of the application im talking about, but never saw a IOS one. Also searched the appstore, nothing about quake there!

Isn't there some pro computer engineer to make it real? I would like to improve myself when im not home.

I do play quake live and team fortress 2. I never used accel before until today, and today I downloaded cypher's cfg ( http://www.esreality.com/post/2398451/cypher-...is-config/ )

I just wanted to feel how hes feeling the mouse speed so i use totally same mouse options with him atm.

Problem is, Quake Live acceleration commands are so different from source games like cs-tf2-l4d-l4d2, there are some commands like m_customaccel .

I'm pretty sure there are some ppl just like me, so ill be so happy if they share their experience with me.

i've got da 3.5g and g400

i calculated from this website : http://www.notalent.org/sensitivity/sensitivity.htm


i wanted to use 4.4 sens and 400 dpi, it says 23.7 cm/360

i calculate it for my g400, its 800 dpi 2.2 sens but it gives me 22cm

i calculate it for my da its 1800 dpi ~0.97 it gives me 23.5 almost same as calculated.

why g400 says 22cm? can anyone explain?

I got two mice , da 3.5g and g400. my brain will explode, i just cant decide which one to choose and play with... both are supercool, got no accel. i cant feel the difference at my gameplay when i test both. the problem i got with deathadder is sweating, and when my hands sweating , it glides from my hands and it gets really hard to lift up or hold. the problem of g400 is , hurting my ring finger when i play alot because of my "fingertip grip" yeah i play with fingertip grip, waiting for your help, cu!

Ive got a Steelseries Xai and i found someone to trade my xai with his deathadder 3.5G , i think im gonna do it but they released 2013 version. im searching to trade with 2013 but ofc its expensive and ppl dont sell it or trade it. so im gonna get the 3.5G , is there any big difference except looking and rubber things at right and left side? also it hasnt got any accel problem right? (like minor positive accel in xai)

As you know, driver is logitech gaming software and ive got g35 headset and ill buy g710+ . So if i install the driver for keyboard and headset, mouse driver gets installed too.

So i must use it and i was using for a long time. I didnt get what ppl are whining about. Isnt it just working normally?

Ive got xai and g400. I like xais shape and coating but it has got positive accel as you know. So can i put g400 sensor inside of xai? Will it fit and work without problems

but people complain about big default skates of g400 , because they are larger and they have got more friction people say. i didnt test yet.

I have got hyperglides WMO feet, can i use them with my g400? will it be better? i saw some people like, they put deathadder glides to g400

hi ql community. Im really fan of ql. I play ca and stuff but in nowadays i started to play competitive scout in division 3 tf2 league.

My mind will blow up because i cant choose a sensitivity. I am a decent aimer. I can get use to play with any sensitivity.

I never used accel also i hate it. I got xai and wmo but i use wmo because it hasnt got accel.

I mostly played with stermy setup 24 cm 30cm 36 cm tried so high or so low sens too. I got armchair and qck+ mousepad.

Seriously I dont feel insane with any so i cant stick with any.... Its like a fobia.

I know there are some people like me. please help me about that.

Which cm/360 could be cool to stick and get use to play with for a competitive scout? I mean scout uses shotgun and i mostly need to meatshot people so tracking wont be important for me. All I need to do is meatshotting. Also I dont want to feel slow too. Also scouts movement speed is pretty fast so maybe you guys can give me some dodging or combining movement with aim tips.
Can you pro quakers give me cool advices about these stuff? I would be so happy if you guys dont troll or spam "its all about preference" thing.

Second problem is;

I bought a 997MB for 6€. Its clean and working well.

There are some refresh rate options for this monitor. I couldn't decide which one to choose.

640x480 - 160 HZ
800x600 - max. 147 HZ (overclock w/ PowerStrip) 140 normal
1024x768 - max 118 hz (overclock w/ PowerStrip) 100 normal

I play Quake, Counter-Strike, Left 4 Dead and Adrenaline Gamer(Half -Life)

160 hz is more smoother than 120 in CS. ( with developer 1 and fps_max 161)

BUT I walk so slow and jump slow too. Its like slow-motion.

I would like to use 1024x768,

BUT It is a bit choppy coz 118 hz or 100

So, what do you recommend me to use?
