Hello Quakers,
I've been looking into running tournaments for various games and have decided to run a small series of Quake Live Duel tournaments as a kind of dry run. I currently have the prize money funds, a website and general knowledge of how tournaments are run.
The main issue I have however, is that my knowledge of Quake is limited beyond "this is really awesome to watch/play". So rather than just parade in here and run a hack job of a tournament, I'm looking for people who have experience casting and/or admining Quake Live tournaments.
I should note that while I have the money to pay out prizes, these would be voluntary positions. Although casters are free to run ads and keep 100% of the money they make from them.
If anyone is interested, you can hit me up on twitter (@GimbleB) or message me here for other contact details. Will also answer any questions anyone has here.
Update: Thanks for the responses, talking to some people and should have an update soon. :)
