So I've played in 3 cups this month, but can't join any more. I'm supposed to be able to join 4, right? I wanted to play the Road to Prague on Sunday, now what? :(
The whole thing is stupid anyways. Just don't give us any points if we're not unlimited/premium, but let us populate the cups alongside the paying people. You know, like Race in QL - all players can play but only premiums can win.
The site isn't any better either.
It's hard to check my own results from the past. There's no dedicated page, so you have to go to your own player profile (a bit counter-intuitive) and it's mixed with the weekly bars and friend notifications. You need to scroll, pause while it loads, scroll, pause while it loads more... and keep doing that for a minute to get your whole history.
I have to expand "how to play" on the main page to see all my online friends.
There's no way to list cups without logging in (past or upcoming).
There's no way to get list of cup's participants without logging in.
When you're logged in and check participants and it's a team cup, you can't click on people's names to go to their profiles. You see Faceit account names and need to search using the top bar.
There's no way to see prize distribution for a cup.
"Match Finished" doesn't work and you need to report scores to nsx each time (poor guy).
"Team menu" doesn't say anything about my team/teams (you have to click the triangle on top, then Account, then Teams List on the left), although it has a button to create a new team (that will never appear there).
When you receive FP, there's a notification, but it doesn't even tell you where you won those. It should just link a cup.
Browsing past tournaments is horribly painful. Again, you scroll, it loads, you scroll more, it loads etc. for minutes. And if you click a cup and click back, you land on a page with upcoming tournaments, have to click "past" again and start scrolling again.
Oh, and it logs me out semi-randomly. Like I'm logged in for a week, all works, then suddenly "home" button redirects me to a login page and that's it.
tl;dr: let me play my 4th cup on Sunday.
