I am about to get a new monitor but I'm not very tech savvy like many of you. Is this a case of more is better and also does the new 250fps cap affect which one is better? I tried to google this but it's hard to find conclusive and non biased information. I also found out about this lightboost thing, is it any useful in quake? Does it work on ati gfx cards and does the manufacturer of the monitor affect it?

I am undecided between BenQ 24" XL2411T and Asus 24" VG248QE so if you have any experiences or recommendations please share.
