Aight - so I can log in now and on the account page it no longer says its disabled - but there is still a problem... I can play practice but when I go to play online matches it says 'Awaiting challenge 1...2...3 You have been banned. Contact support.'

Now I did in fact contact support and I did receive a reply:

It clearly states 7 day suspension - and today is the day when it expires and also the date 7/4/2013 so according to what they have told me I should be able to go online now. But I cannot because it states I am banned.

I tried ipconfig /release and then turn off modem & comp but to no avail... it still ain't bloody working - can't enter a single game and only practice works.

So now I don't know what to do and the only thing I can think of is someone here has the privileges to perma ban me via IP.

Cos if that is the case trust me bruv I will be mad like hell - so whoever it is unban me NOW as it was agreed by the Id support staff or I will fuck up QL so hard - I will bot every server until everyone in the whole game is dead 100 times over and they won't kill me once. And trust me - you won't know its me either.

OK so yesterday I was like playing CA a few games and there were these guys who were trying to start on me for no reason... saying how I could not aim properly or w/e and I said back to them lots of bad names and stuff and one guy actually threatened to report me to Id because of what I said.

I thought it was all empty threats and all but now this morning I find out I cannot login to my Quake Live account!!!

It just says after I input email and password... 'Account banned' with no further explanation as to why or for how long.

All I remember saying is maybe some jokes about blacks or something and how they reduce the quality of the earth or something and how they shouldn't of started on me and all but they were the instigators yet they still felt they had the right to report me.

Needless to say I have no idea what to do... my account has been banned and I cannot log in and I don't know how to contact Id to find out when my ban expires and I need some help from you guys.
