One Humanity is a new level for the 1994 id Software release DOOM® II created by John Romero to support the people of Ukraine and the humanitarian efforts of the Red Cross and the UN Central Emergency Response Fund. 100% of the proceeds go toward this support.

This Years Awesome Games Done Quick kick off on January 8th -- a week long speedrunning marathon that raises funds for charities like Doctors Without Borders and the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

Besides many great games this years speedrunning show includes titles such as QW Quake and DooM Doom (2016).

The austrian Quakeworld player Austria Defcon5 will release his anticipated Quakeworld movie tonight at 14:00 CST in the irc channel #qw.at on Quakenet. The movie is about the Quakeworld community and its dedication to a game which is already over 16 years old. Top players of the Quakeworld scene were interviewed at QHLAN15 answering lots of questions about the the scene and the fascination of the game.

Everyone is welcome to celebrate together with the movie maker and the Quakeworld community the release of the movie:

The gaming related site gamevideos.com recently published a video interview with Robin Walker who was part of the TFC developer team and currently works on Team Fortress 2. The interview is basically about the game play of TF2 and compares it to its predecessor TFC. Robin explains exactly why Valve decided to do some changes to the original game play and concept of Team Fortress.

There is lots of new in game content in this video interview. Apart from new maps you will see how the Medic can heal team mates or his invincibility mode. You will also see the invisibility mode of the Spy and some Engineer related stuff.

The video plays about ten minutes, is encoded in windows media video (wmv) and weights 150 Megabyte.

Team jump-it and Germany zEvon just released their new wsw2 trick jumping movie project TakHus. After his two prior movies Pure Motion and Loxer V1 zEvon definitely presents us his best creation up to now.

The movie weighs 323mb, plays 9:40 minutes and is compressed in Xvid at a resolution of 720p high definition standard. zEvon also added a small goodie by adding two different audio themes as soundtrack.

Loxer v1 is a wsw2 War§ow fragmovie done by Germany zEvon who is a member of gr8-productions. The frag scenes are by the german player (you guessed it) Germany loxer.

The movie plays 7:09 minutes and weights 296MB. You will see some really nice effects and well done editing. The frags shown in the movie are probably not the best the world has ever seen but you will get a good impression on how War§ow plays.

Pure Motion is a War§ow trickjumping movie done by Germany zevon. It features trickjumping scenes from team jump-it which is an international group of trickjumpers.

The movie is encoded in Xvid with 6000 kbps and its basicly an awesome trickjump movie. The only negative aspect is some lagging in the 3rd person view which is due to a bug in the current version of the game.
