which mouse input setting is the better one?
in_mouse 1 or 2 ?

1 = directinput
2 = win32(raw)

i checked a few pros config files, and noticed that rapha/cypher/cooller all use 2, stermy/fazz/strenx and some others all use 1(atleast i'm assuming they are, the configs are set to 2, but there is an in_mouse-set bind there, which sets it to 1).

does anyone know for sure?

i've been playing some supermeatboy recently, and at some point a few days ago, i decided to down the resolution a bit.

now the screen is black all the time when i start the game, deleting the game content and redownloading with steam doesnt seem to cut it. also cannot find anything supermeatboy related in AppData.

anyone got a clue?

i was just now researching some stuff on the interwebs when i stumbled upon an article related to what i was searching for.

i read the article, it was quite the long long.

afterwards, i decided to work the comments, in search of maybe an interesting link, or a reference.

i started noticing something strange:

the users in the comments were complimenting the author on his well written article, and in turn, the author was thanking the users.

immediatly, one thought crossed my mind, one thought only:
what a bunch of faggots. why would they be complimenting the author?

im trying to get my ql to run at 800x600 on a monitor with native resolution 1680x1050.

the view is always stretched.

the settings in ati catalyst should be correct:
enable GPU scaling and fixed aspect ratio are checked.

in cpma i dont have this problem.
r_width 800, r_height 600
and voilą, i have bars on the side.

anyone have an idea?
