-(00:19) 2GD says that he will play noctis in Clan Arena 1v1 if he turns up

-(01:15) 2GD thanks the team for all of the work that they have done over the weekend to polish the game for some partnership playtests that may lead to some esport partnerships

-(03:15) Some maps have been updated like the Clan Arena maps, the map ca_gz_01 is shown

-(13:48) In customization there's an audio tab for the "Diabotical" powerup song, there's a Diabotical powerup for some more causal game modes but there's also a double damage powerup for less casual game modes which doesn't have some of the Diabotical powerup effects like the music

-(14:45) Eventually, maybe not for launch, there will be a transparency module that will possible to equip on weapons to make them invisible in the first person perspective

-(15:14) The battle pass might be renamed to something like season bundle, if the game goes free-to-play there might be some changes to it, if the game is shipped for money the battle pass will be free. The Battle Pass will not expire if you miss a season

-(19:01) Crosshairs are vector, if you would like to contribute you can make an SVG file, gives us permission to use it and send it to @Raven#0197 so it can be in the game on launch

-(21:06) 2GD addresses some reddit threads, like the concern about the number of game modes

-(24:35) You will have a separate MMR for Arena and Classic Duels. Danny, a community member, has made some Rank icons, these icons will be visible on screen like for example for Twitch streams if you would like to know the rank of the player that you're watching

-(25:23) Post launch a big casual mode will be worked on which might take 9 months while the team supports the game at the same time (not Battle Royale)

-(26:58) The respawn time for weapons in duel is 8 or 9 seconds, 2GD says that 15 is too punishing, 5 is not punishing enough, 10 didn't feel good because the game is faster than Quakes

-(42:53) Implosion Weeble is shown are utility based not damage focused, they're utility based, it pulls people towards the implosion and can be used to disrupt movement of others and gain speed

-(45:17) Rocket launcher is discussed, hemisphere wrap damage, self and enemy knockback

-(46:37) PNCR has charges, with consecutive hits up to 3, each shot will do more damage 60->70->80, max of 80 (the map that's being played was recently updated so an issue was found with collision of the floor), the PNCR has a slightly faster reload time and combo rate time (weapon switch time to other weapons, which can be weapon specific) than people would expect, the weapon does less damage than similar weapons in other games because of some the impact that high damage hitscan hits can have in a duel but it has a faster switch time to be nicer to use

-(49:38) Void Cannon which is similar to plasma guns has a higher rate of fire

-(49:46) The combat text seen at this moment will be updated and will be customizable later, including options like cumulative, faster or slower decay, be the color of the weapon

-(51:25) The Melee weapon has a strong knockback and can be used while dodging (something unique to this weapon)

-(51:51) Walk is combined with crouch, the speed of crouch is increased relative to other games, noctis crouch walks around, crouching makes no sound - note that there are some issues with the animation at the moment

-(53:04) The Dodge ability is talked about, the weapons disappear and are unusable while you dodge except for the Melee weapon

-(55:20) noctis and 2GD fight at the top of a Pagoda, the player who knocks the other off gets a point, there will be a mode like King Of The Hill melee only in the future

-(57:21) noctis and 2GD decide to play Clan Arena match (gameplay), note that audio, animations, visual effects and other elements that compose the gameplay feedback need to be improved, there's also an issue at the moment with the Grenade Launcher impacting performance

-(1:12:25) There are teleporters with different speeds, skydomes, triggers, light types, camera options, ramps. The map editor is multiplayer, people will be able to build maps together and share them

-(1:14:33) A prop with the slide property is shown, where players slide when standing on top of it, these types of props are being considered

-(1:15:48) Maps like the space CTF map being shown can take about 2 days to make, larger maps can take 2 weeks, smaller maps about 1 week

-(1:21:45) 2GD and noctis play some more Clan Arena on a different map

-(1:29:09) There's a minimum damage on the rocket launcher, a developer command is used to show the splash radius of the rocket explosions, its splash radius is slightly smaller than the Quake 3 and Quake Live Rocket Launcher splash radius

-(1:32:04) There will be different options for how the zoom works, at the moment it's instant but it will be possible to set a transition period

-(1:46:25) There isn't a symmetry tool for Eggbot decals but there is one in the map editor for CTF maps

-(1:47:10) There will be a ladder/MMR system on launch, there will be ranks, if you're within the top 1000 players you will have rank and a number (placement) next to your name

-(1:48:50) Trailer is being worked on, most of the assets have been done, waiting on a person to come back to Sweden to put it together

-(1:49:05) There will be client-side and server-side replays, client-side replays have to be enabled by the player, server side replays will be available for download on the Replays menu and in those server-side replays you will be able to watch multiple perspectives, not just your own

-(1:50:49) No global chat at the moment, there's lobby and party chat

-(1:50:55) 2GD invites noctis to his party to show that the Eggbots of players that are in your party show up on the menu together with your Eggbot - note that the placement and animations aren't being displayed as intended at the moment

-(1:52:17) You can have many people in a party and queue in Quickplay and it will divide the party into teams

-(1:54:00) Wipeout is a continuous version of Clan Arena, you spawn with all weapons, every time you die your respawn takes longer and the objective is to eliminate all of the members of a team before one of them respawns, there will be a Heal Weeble in the mode that does a very small amount of healing in a static location (Heal Weebles won't stack)

-(1:58:18) Old maps from other games will not be added to the game officially, the official maps will be new (also these are maps that the studio has permission to use )

-(2:03:17) FireFrog has worked 7 days a week for 1.5 years, the studio does not ask anyone in the company to crunch if they're not a company owner but a lot of people are very committed to the game and have put in extra weekends and extra hours

The essential guide.

So far I have:

Make them constantly count to 25 and 35 until they are able to keep track of 5 separate times simultaneously.

Constantly reinforce the importance of positioning, e.g. when they wake up in the morning, explain to them that getting out of the bed on the left side puts them out of position to be first to the bathroom (dumbass).
Any missteps should be punished with verbal and/or physical abuse.

Randomly wait for them around a corner and scare them. Do this until they are impervious to surprise. Do this often.

Throw random objects in their path when they are outside playing in the yard to trip them up. This reinforces the value of spam avoidance.

Hand-eye coordination exercises. With fire.

During certain hours of the day the living room rug becomes lava. Stepping on it results in a rendezvous with the "lava paddle" or a 10 minute stay in the "lava shed."

Place items around the house in pre-set positions and make them collect them as fast as possible.

Let them become accustomed to a pattern and then break it. For instance, hug them every day for a month when they come home from school. After a month is completed, when they are running up from the school bus, feign a hug motion but instead punch them in the gut. This teaches them to "think like the enemy."

here is my config

obviously i have all the lights and shit turned off, my question is: how can i disable dynamic lighting on my weapon? when i move around, the light and shadows still affect my weapon model.. any help would be really appreciated

Meant mainly for newbies.. it's only 13 megs, i think 6 jumps.. 1 or 2 might still be useful for experienced players though :)

--not trickjumping vid, more like educational :P
