Quake II JumpMod run on a futuristic speed map.

The idea behind this project was to create an Alien themed world that would take the viewer to another dimension. All elements had to fit together to generate the desired sci-fi feeling. The final result is a product of many hours of visual and audio editing, nonetheless the core is still based on the typical Q2 engine with normal physics. Special thanks to MAKO for designing this beautiful map but also to fish, zerosignal & ace for their help and support.

The Keep is hosting their Third Annual Pigeon Classic FPS Charity Event. From Halloween weekend through the entire month of November is our opportunity to support and bolster the forces of the brave individuals fighting on the front lines against COVID-19.

Through the course of all six events there will be a fundraising initiative for the Florence Nightingale Foundation, who support the professional development of nurses & midwives.

Quake player and OWN3D.tv co-founder

Oleg 'd1ablo' Kogut has passed away on October 5th, as reported on Twitter by Slasher.

Oleg was a Quake III player in 1v1 and TDM, where he played with clan

eoe. Later he moved to Quake 4 1v1.

Lately, you may have had more time to ~~get to the choppah~~ get your old .cfg off those dusty floppies in the attic and join a Quake server of your preferred iteration. Maybe even QuakeWorld!
At any rate, many have come back during QWarantine, and that influx of players has given us great activity in the form of the QuakeCon At Home duel tournament, the newly-started GetQuad! Nations cup, second season of HammerTime 2v2, fourteenth season of Thunderdome...

After a two year hiatus, it seemed like a good time to have ourselves a good ol' showmatch again : thus cometh QuakeWorld AllStars, 2020 edition.

First, there will be a draft show where two TDM luminaries will draft their teams from a pool of returning and active stars, such as

Xantom,

Insane,

Grisling,

Milton,

Bps,

Blood_Dog,

BogoJoker,

HangTime,

gLAd,

Bulat,

Blixem ... (more TBD).
Second - these teams will duke it out in a show match comprising at least the classic TB3 maps for our greatest enjoyment, live on SuddendeathTV.

So far, the ETA is sometime in october-november while we iron out the details and finalize the player list.
Until then, if you are, or know oldschool TDM players who could be interested in playing, get in touch with Ocoini on the QuakeWorld Discord, or drop us a DM on FB or Twitter to get involved!

The

CPMA Community will be hosting a CPMA 2v2 League. As for now, the tournament format is two stage tournament, with a round robin group stage and single elimination play-off with BO3 bracket, and BO5 Grand Finals.

Registration will be open from September 12th, 18:00 CET till September 26th, 18:00 CET, 2020. Games will commence on September 28th. To register please join the CPMA Discord Server and message @neverGreen#3910 for a participant role.

The map pool will be cpm16, cpm25, cpm29, The Hot Place (pukka3dm1), Left Behind (ct3dm5), vitriol (cpm32_b1) and xfdm2.

This cup is intended for people inexperienced with cpm, people who are curious to try it and people who are in cpm for a short period of time or their skill is low. This cup is not intended for Warsow or Quake3/QL/QW veterans who are new to CPM nor for medium skilled cpma players!

The sign-ups for

Quake Live TDM 4v4 Fall Season will be open from Sunday 30th August until Sunday 13th of September 2020.

The League start will be Monday 21st of September, duration depends on the sign-ups (1 match per week). Division 1 plays Monday at 21:00 CEST, Division 2 Tuesday at 21:00 CEST, Division 3 Wednesday at 21:00 CEST.

Check below for all needed informations and sign-up! If you already have player and clan account on House of Quake, feel free to sign-up right away. Otherwise make sure to register yourselves and your clan first.
