Time to try something new... a very popular pickup gamemode! *Sarcasm* It will be a Xonotic draft cup, which means there gonna be a captain for each team and they pick players one by one. This way balanced teams should be created and bring some fun for any skilled player.

The first week of The Swedish Championship of Quake Live is over, and the results from all but two matches are in.

Most of the matches have been played without any problems, but unfortunately some players have also dropped out of the tournament, such as

Fox (due to not having time),

A1r-R41d (injury),

p1s (no time),

108 (didnt show up) and

Prockz. Some other players have also dropped out, but these are the more well known names. On the bright side, this gave us the opportunity to add in some of the players from the list of reserves, such as

Pugatti/Ulises31,

Kroy_ and

Poomer.

As a result of the drop outs some changes have also been made to try to even out the brackets out a bit. For example

zanZan has been moved from group C to group D, and

Spazb0rg has been moved from group E to D. The complete list of results may be viewed by clicking on the "Brackets and results"-link below.

As some of you might have heard already, all of the round 2 matches will be streamed this week by

Zoot and

Ins. There will be 3 matches played on each day between 12:00 CDT and 16:00 CDT on the ZootLive Twitch channel.

We're happy to announce that in addition to recently going standalone, Pro subscribers may now host matches for standard users on all seven Premium game modes, including Freeze Tag and Domination.

We tested this out last weekend, and we've decided to make the change permanent. More game modes for our Free-to-Play users, as well as a larger player base for our Pro Subscribers who wish to host Premium game modes!

Today, the french government won (or did they shoot themselves in the foot ?) a big battle against french humorist Dieudonné. For the first time ever in the country of human rights, a humoristic show for which 5,600 people have bought their tickets has been cancelled together with a force of 20 anti-riot vehicles.

This is a thread about freedom of speech and censorship.
