"The July 2013 Standard arena rotation is now online. On the first Monday of each month, we will be cycling the Standard arena pool. Rather than only having access to the same standard arenas day in and day out, each month we will now feature 25 arenas selected as playable for Standard-level matches.

Newly released arenas will remain exclusive for at least three months, but every other arena is eligible to be included in the cycle."

Every day FACEIT plays host to several online tournaments in Quake Live. To give you an overview of all happenings, we have put together a schedule with all Quake Live tournaments we run in a week.

From Monday to Friday we have our daily FACEIT Points Cups for several duel levels, as well as for Clan Arena 2 versus 2. On Saturday we have three cups, limited to Premium users with higher point prizes. These points can be exchanged for prizes, such as Razer gear, in the FACEIT Shop.

This weekend we also have two cash event. On Saturday we have the FACEIT CTF Draft Cup with $400 prize. On Sunday our Summer Season will continue with its second installment.


We have also introduced our new team system, where teams can create their own team pages and can invite members without them having to be online. The original team system is still intact, but operates as a party now. Finally, you are also able to join cups alone, with the system looking for others who are also joined solo and teaming you up. Give it a try!

United States of AmericaCanadaMexico DuelCraft.Net will be switching the Wednesday Night Quake series to a monthly season. Each Month will have three cups where players earn points towards qualifying for the monthly final. The top eight players with the most points will qualify for the monthly final.

The First July Poins Cup will take place on July 3rd at 18:10 CST. Check-ins will start at 17:00 CST.

I'm sure you've been waiting for long time now, but finally I'm pleased to announce Prague TDM LAN. The LAN will take place in District gaming cafe on 20-22.9.2013 in Prague.

After a great Finale of the FACEIT Spring Season, we are now ready to kick off the summer with clean slates for everyone!

The FACEIT Summer Season will be played each Sunday for the coming month, where 128 players can join and play for $125, as well as points to qualify them for the Finale.

You can already sign-up for the tournament at this moment. Check-ins will open at 06:00 CST, with the cup starting at 07:00 CST.

This Sunday (30 June) will be the first Sunday Summer Season cup. It will be brought to you by United Kingdom Xavier "Zoot" Dhorne and Mexico Bruno "ins" Pereira on United Kingdom FACEIT TV. The stream will go live at 07:30 CST.


The North American Summer Season will also kick off, with the last season being won by DaHanG (rapha replaced him in the Finals as he could not make it). Will we see another full season battled between rapha and DaHanG? Or will others join the fray. Players can sign-up here, with the cup kicking off at 12:00 CST!

FACEIT dLcompare TDM Challenge Finals (156 comments)

Coming Saturday, 29 June, the FACEIT dLcompare.com TDM Challenge Finals will take place.

Over the last three weeks, several teams have tried to qualify for this tournament. Each week the teams received points, with the top eight eventually being invited to attend the Finals.

The Finals will start with a best-of-three playoff, with the grand final being best-of-five. The action is starting at 07:00 CST. Streaming will be on United Kingdom FACEIT TV, with commentary provided by United Kingdom Xavier "Zoot" Dhorne and Portugal Bruno "ins" Pereira.


Update: We have changed the starting time and format due to players complaining. Sorry for not being able to bring you a full day of action due to this!
