Rapha won the first Big Ass Map Pool Competition. I'll be hosting more of these competitions in the future for North America, Europe, and Oceania. Looking to host 2 North American Cups a month, One European Cup Every other month, One Oceania Cup every other month.

The 6th #tdmpickup Draft Tournament will be played on Sunday, at 10:00 CDT, 2 June 2013. Signups will start at 09:00 CDT, 2 June 2013 and will last for one hour.

Hey guys, as inspired by the TI3 (the international 3) they're doing a community voted show match. Since we've got a week in between signups closing and the actual start of the competition we will plan to do five show matches between alternating teams. An All-Star Match featuring teams designed by the community will be played on 04:30 CDT, 26 May 2013 until 07:00 CDT, 26 May 2013.The match will be played on a decided 5 maps. All normal 4sg rules apply. Teams and Maps are Subject to change on the day.

"Hi everybody! My name is Aleksey. Beginning with February 2013 I am sponsoring the 125 FPS QuakeLive League (http://125fps.com) and provide almost all of the prize money from my own pocket. Why do I do this? Because like many of us I played the first Quake and even Duke Nukem)) on lan during my childhood. Time goes by and I’m a grown-up man now with all the obligations that come along with it. Yet still I want the Quake community to flourish and reward me and all fans of the game with great matches, tournaments, reports etc.
When there are no tournaments with prize money the interest of players and fans decreases and that’s what I’m trying to combat. I’m sure I’m not the only one. The community has a lot of adult, successful people, as well as many young people who fell in love with the game.
I want to ask the community to help build on the foundation I and the 125fps team have laid and increase the prizes in the coming leagues. Fundraising is nothing new and is employed to collect funds for all kinds of events. I’m sure that many of you will be happy to chip in a sum that’s admissible for yourselves and even happier to follow the tournament you yourself made a contribution to!
Below are various ways to donate money for prize funds of 125fps.com leagues.
The reputation of the 125fps leagues guarantees for a fair distribution of funds. I myself will continue to contribute about 31500p(~1000$) every month.
I propose the following prize money distribution (31500RUR + donations)

1st – 15000RUR + 40% of donations
2nd – 7500RUR + 20% of donations
3rd – 3000RUR + 10% of donations
4th – 2000RUR + 5% of donations
5th - 8th - 1000RUR + 2,5% of donations

15% of the donations will go towards the organization and coverage of the league, in particular recruitment of streamers.
Additionally I suggest limiting the prize pool of every league by 3500$. If there is more than 2500$ worth of donations the surplus funds get transfered to the next league. The biggest donators will be listed below every leagues prize pool (voluntary).
The fundraising will start with the announcement of the next league."

Our sixthSpring Season Cup last week had p0ni winning the grand final rather easily versus pavel, ending it with a 3-0 score. P0ni takes his second win in the Spring Season.

This Sunday the FACEIT Sunday EU Spring Cup #7 will take place. It will be kicking off at 07:00 CST, while check-ins open at 06:00 CST. You can currently already sign-up.

"Hello everyone, we present you a new series of SpartaCups, they'll take place every sunday @ 07:00 CST with different gametypes. Some people asked me for this so here it is : kings of emctf1 ctf5v5 no timer :)
I hope to see a maximum of teams and see players we are not used to see in ctf. One map is easy to learn, no excuse.
