Following the new trend initiated by FraZe and because it's kind of a challenge for someone like me studying communication, I decided to put up my own fan page aswell on facebook:

Seeing as I don't have a website either and I wish to centralize most of the stuff around my 'carreer' if you like, such as newest config, interviews, videos, pictures... to one single place, I thought this was a good opportunity to do so.

Audience boost initiative:

I have been thinking about it since I've started my page yesterday and I thought I would give it a go. I plan to hand out a free FaceIt shirt customized for the winner's desires if I'm to reach 300 likes. I will pick up a winner randomly from the 300 likers as soon as the number is reached !

Hi ESR, I made a short CPM movie. Yes, I know the content isn't anything special (1 demo). I just wanted to make something that flows nicely and is visually enjoyable, I hope that's acceptable :)

Here are the FACEIT Daily Cups for 25 to 28 March. All the cups will kick off at 13:30 CST, with check-ins opening at 12:30 CST.

Monday will feature the Level 4 and Level 8 duel cups, while on Wednesday the other two levels, 6 and 10, will be able to face each other off.

As like last week we will also be hosting two Clan Arena cups. On Tuesday the CA 2v2 Test Cup will take place, while on Thursday teams of four can get their fix. You can create a team in the right top corner, be sure to only add one extra person to the team (2/4 - depending which cup - players per team max.). If you are already in a team, you will have to quit it. Be sure all players check-in.

We'll also feature a 2v2 TDM Cup this Friday, as we did last week.


Don't forget you can play on the FACEIT QL Ladder every evening from 12:00 CST till 18:00 CST!

IGL launched into the open beta at PAX EAST 2013, which is great! But, while we are working on expanding the open beta website more and more, based on YOUR feedback and needs, we figured we'd keep you entertained and give you something in return for the early sign up!

We present to you the IGL Open Beta Showmatches! Between the 22nd of March and the 10th of April we will be providing you with showmatches featuring the most awesome players and teams we could find!

We'll be starting off with Quake Live at 19:00 CDT, 26 March 2013, featuring two Duel matches. The first will be United States of America Apparition vs United States of America Rey_ and then we will have United States of America Chance vs United States of America Dahang. In between the two matches John Clark, Marketing and Tournaments Director for IGL will be on to give everyone a little more insight on the site and what great things they will be introducing. Commentary for the matches will be done by Charles "easytarget" Machan and Alex "Jehar" Popa.

Expected other showmatch titles: CS:GO, SMITE, DOTA 2, StarCraft II, League of Legends, ShootMania, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 and Offensive Combat.

E yo 'sup hommies. We got some fresh ClanBase Nations Cup matches goin' on this week, it's gonna be rad. Them niggz over at lvlup LevelUp might just do some sick ass casting. But this week's action doesn't stop here - Novice and inexperienced United States of America North American players will be able to battle it out in the third installment of Step It Up duel cup. Faceit will be hosting the regular daily cups and presumably include TDM 2v2 in their weekly array of cups, so make sure you sign up and give it a try. You don't want to miss the 125FPS Finals during the week. Tune in, play more quake and don't hurt the ponies.

ClanBase presents EC/OC Spring 2013 season where Quake Live will be represented with 6 cups including EuroCup. Complete list of cups together with signup links are pasted below.

Of course, if anyone feels like helping with the cups, either writing match reports or being a referee, can do that by applying as Cup Admin, so we can together ensure that coverage of the upcoming cups are on the highest level possible.

The 25th FACEIT Quake Live Sunday Cup is coming up. We have a new tournament leader as Belgium dem0n has eventually accumulated enough points to overtake Russia Evil in the Winter Season Ranking, and with just 2 weeks remaining before the season closes, you all better get some points too!

In 2007 the Netgamez e-sports organization was declared bankrupt and the Dutch lan event Netgamez ceased to exist.

However a few days ago Netgamez announced their comeback under the name "Project Netgamez : The Resurrection". They want host an event on the weekend of 16 to 18 Aug 2013. However the people behind Netgamez lack the funds to do so, there for they started up a crowd funding program for 10 euro’s as a fan. 60 euros for entrance, 100 euro for a VIP Treatment and 300 euro for a team of 5 lanners.

Nothing is known about which tournaments will be hosted, but Netgamez was always known of supporting the most popular eSports titles. Netgamez was known in the early 00’s as the eSports lanparty of the Netherlands. In 2001 Netgamez was the host of CPL Holland and later on they held qualifiers for CPL Summer, ESL, ESWC and WCG.
