Draft has just finished :) It seems the vast majority enjoyed it which is great and of course we will learn a lot from effectively a "trial run" in drafts for most of the admin crew involved.

With group stage over we are starting with the playoffs of NC XVI TDM. There were few dropouts from teams like Belgium Belgium, Ukraine Ukraine and Netherlands Netherlands, which were more or less expected, since they couldn't field 4 players most of the time. Check groups and playoffs pages for further info.

Captains need to schedule first round of playoff matches by 14:00 CDT, 18 March 2013 (Monday), otherwise they 're gonna get forced.

Besides prizes(tokens) for 1st and 2nd place winners of the cup, we will have One Month Pro and One Month Premium tokens for 1st and 2nd place of CBooky winners as well. So make sure to place your bets on time!

Well the second event is upon us for the PQL Duel Series and Hektik is the chosen map. The Event is Tuesday at, 19:00 CDT, 19 March 2013. This is a points based system with the top eight players playing in a final match event which will show case the five maps. We will host a live stream of all the events starting at 8:00pm EST which will run for approximately three hours, all players who sign up for this event must be able to attend on the day of the event.

The 1st Group Round of the 125 FPS March League is finished, and the Second Group Round is about to begin.
Four groups (with 5 players in each) will be played from Monday the 18th until Thursday the 21st of March. Two players from every group will move to the quarter finals. All games will be played in bo3.

The 24th FACEIT Quake Live Sunday Cup is coming up. Both Russia Evil and Belgium dem0n are far ahead in the lead with 80 and 74 points, but last week we saw an oldschool style final with Belarus Cypher taking down Russia Cooller.

We are back with the stream this week on FACEIT TV with United Kingdom Daniel "ddk" Kapadia and Italy Alessandro "stermy" Avallone who will be going live at 09:30 CDT.

The FACEIT Sunday Cup #24 will be kicking off at 09:00 CDT, while check-ins open at 08:00 CDT. You can currently already sign-up. If you are not playing, be sure to tune in to find out who will take one step closer to qualify for the $500 Winter Championship Finale.

Today is the day! After a couple of months of hardcore development a new release is coming out. The objective of the release was to give the community what it was asking for and stabilize the platform as a first step to get out of beta. We think we achieved at least a first step towards this objective and are eagerly looking forward to your feedback.

FACEIT Monthly Ladders
After hearing your requests for additional features around pick up games (“Quick Matches”) we decided to introduce a monthly ladder. In order to rank in the ladder you need to play Pick up matches on FACEIT. Points will be given out after each match depending on your level, the level of your opponent and the outstanding bonus pool.

This feature will open on Thursday 14 March at 13:00 CDT. Initially ladder games will be limited to the time frame between 13:00 CDT and 19:00 CDT everyday. This timeframe will increase depending on the usage levels we’ll record and feedback from the community.

At the end of each month the top players of the ladder will win prizes and the ladder rankings will be reset to create a new challenge in the month to come.

Please note that as part of this change we had to drop the Series tournaments. All players that were currently in series tournaments will see their money credited to their accounts and won’t be able to access these tournaments anymore.
