We are happy to announce another RickRollers Warsow Cup!

This time the cup is exclusively for new players who just have started with Warsow and its 1on1 gametype.

If you are a new player who is still learning the basics of the game, the RickRollers Beginners Cup 1 is the best opportunity to play the game competitively without getting destroyed by Warsow veterans.

After yesterday's successful duel cup the organizers have scheduled another for 19:00 CDT, 19 August 2012.

The cup will feature a single elimination bracket with best-of-three matches. Every North American player is encouraged to join the fun. Players from other regions are welcome too, but must be ready to play on North American servers.

Adroits are happy to announce that we will be hosting points cups with a duel entry ticket up for grabs! The first two in the series of six cups will be used to determine the last map for the final map pool, currently including Lost World, Furious Heights, Aerowalk and Silence. Participants in these two first cups (as well as players signed up for the LAN) will be voting for which map they want in the main pool.

As expected, the player who has accumulated the most points by the end of the series will receive free entry to the LAN.

Yesterday found a cheerful music =) And I decided quickly washed down MiniMovie. Success did not seem bad.
As such, there are virtually no effect. In general, no nonsense, just good music and the same frags.

Its been a while since the last Painkiller cup and with the new upcoming game Painkiller: Hell & Damnation, the moment is well chosen to host Painkiller Forever Duel Cup, hopefully this wont be a good bye cup but a celebration to a new beginning in the Painkiller series.

If you want to participate but don’t have Painkiller you can download PKlite a free version of Painkiller that contain only the multiplayer version of the game and the latest patch (1.64), you will also need a CD-key all you have to do is enter your email on this site, you might aswell want to check out PK++ a mod that let you edit your hud, settings and many other features.

Also if there is enough north american players of signed up, we can split to a EU and NA Bracket.

Date: Sunday, the 26th of August 2012 @ 18:00 CET

Game: Painkiller 1.64 and Pk++ 1.3 Mod

Mode: Single or Double Elimination, depending on sign-ups

Match-Mode: Best of Three untill Grand Final (Bo5) with 10 minutes timelimit

Servers: Matches should be played on EU servers

Congratulations to the winners of QuakeCon 2012's Intel Quake Live CTF Open Championship.

Results & Prizing

1st-3rd

Until such time that the demos can be properly archived on the QuakeCon.org site, I have uploaded the CTF Open demos in their entirety to my FTP site.

This archive contains the Playoffs, Bronze, and Grand Finals demos; screenshots for the Grand Finals matches, match statistics information, as well as scans of the scorecards for each and every match.

If you are interested in only the bronze and grand finals, these are available in a single archive.

I anticipate uploading a similar package tomorrow containing the demos and results for the Intel Quake Live Duel Open.

Update: The demos are now being moved to the official QuakeCon.org archive, and are currently unavailable through syncerror.com. I'll update everyone once the demos are accessible again at quakecon.org.
