Modern Fascism (6 comments)

As some of you may know, Bush and the Republicans (the American Nazi party), have been exploiting the Olympics for fascist political gain. They bought key commentators, instructing them to repeat the term 'conservative' whenever a good play is made. They never use the word 'liberal

Some people have A.D.D., some have S.A.D.; now, psychiatrists have ascertained another problem aptly dubbed 'Black Skin Disorder'. Fact is, everyone must have blonde hair and blue eyes, or they will become homeless/prematurely dead. The system is perfect, therefore anyone who is not part o

Why are men 'dogs'? Is it really such a mystery? Are men evil? In truth, the matter is simple - survival. Look closely at the human reproductive system: Women; 1. Can only reproduce once every 9 months, if even. 2. Can only have one child at a time, except on rare occasions. 3

Short history of ruining VQ3 (No comments)

Title of this column may mislead you. I won't be analysing the utterly boring changelog of cpma since history of destroying VQ3 is in fact short and got a name. His name is arQon. I'm not yet another "anti-xerp" boy. In fact I believe any improvement of netcode is step fo

Well I haven't contributed anything to this site in years. In fact, I have not visited this site in years either so I figured I would say hello to the community by posting a column. I've been "out of the loop" so I've noticed a lot of interesting news. Particularly that t

Hi there! I was thinking of something that many of you will consider crazy, but anyways :] We all read news on some big websites like sk-gaming.com, esreality.com (:D) and so on. We all support some players that are really in top10 international. We all discuss who is better, who is worse in t

Coverage of events are ALL really shit - low qaulity streams - not enough interviews with players even carmacs 1on1 vids are poor - which idiot has given the questions to you? Every average player wants to know the equipment of the pros (mouse, keyboard), why they use different settings. Who a

Configs. config.cfg. Hotkeys. Console commands. The list goes on. A problem I see right now is games only give so many options when you look in the options menu. One really, beyond weak, option 99% of all games give, is only one or two buttons for any hotkey in the game. I find this silly. While we&

FPS game developers are going in the wrong direction when it comes to multiplayer. I want another awesome 1v1 game! Adding classes, achievements, unlocks, or whatevers is not the solution. The real key to depth is having systems that people are able to master within the scope of the fps skillset.

A few years ago I used to read about this subject nearly all the time. It went quiet for a while, then in the last couple of months (in the form of interviews, documentaries and articles), I’ve seen it mentioned again and again on various e-sport related websites. Due to the lack of recent discussio

Quake series (and DM FPS games in general) lack one key aspect that might make the games even more complex in 1v1. complexity could be a curse these days, but i think this is for the better. I'm referring to asymmetrical gameplay. Asymmetrical gameplay contributes a lot to a game imho.. Qua

What is the general opinion or opinions of VQ3 players about the xerp clients command in VQ3 gameplay? Is the effect on shaft accuracy too negative for the overall gameplay? A little info on xerp although I do not pretend to understand the details: the effect is to push what you see into a fully
