After the show tonight with The GD Studio hosted by

2GD and

Trance we now have the groups for the DreamHack Kingston HyperX Quake Live Tournament.

Unfortunately

STING dropped out last minute and we haven't been able to replace him yet. If you want to play contact either blazeh or slayzah in

#DreamHack.Quake or send a mail to esport@dreamhack.se.

Also since STING dropped out we remade the seeds slightly.

empish was moved to mid seed and the player missing is down in low seed.

As we already promised, we are announcing #tdmpickup draft tournament series. This kind of tournament is open to all the players, where you just signup before the tournament start and the teams are created automatically based on players' QLStats rating, so the teams should be equal.

First tournament of the series will take place on Sunday 25th of November. Signups will be open from 11:00 CDT to 12:00 CDT and done via IRC. After the signups, we will announce the teams and playoff tree. The tournament format will be Single Elimination bracket played as BO3. We will also provide Mumble and Teamspeak servers for everyone to use. The only requirement for everyone to add is that you have to have at least 10 matches played on #tdmpickup according QLStats website. If you didn't play 10 matches yet, you still have about 10 days to rank yourself. Just join #tdmpickup, !a and wait for your game to start.

But wait, there's more! During the last 7 days before the tournament, everyone playing at #tdmpickup will be competing for another prize. The person dominating in number of played games during past 7 days will receive 3-month pro membership redeemable token for QuakeLive! You can check current stats in here (please bear in mind that QLStats website is a bit slow). We will check the results exactly on 12:00 CDT and we'll count out quits and forfeits.

Unfortunately we've had a few unexpected drop outs during the last week.

ins,

cl0ck and

reload have dropped out of the tournament, all with different reasons. Making the best out of the situation we quickly contacted a number of players who we hoped could play instead.

With only a week left until DreamHack Winter 2012 there wasn't much time for the players to arrange a trip but

L33gend (aka sofiene),

mousestar and

empish all agreed to come and play. L33gend making his Quake Live LAN debut while mousestar and empish comes back to DreamHack to play again.

But since the line up is complete again it's time to get the seeds public!

Daniel “ddk” Kapadia this Sunday will be Dutch FPS-legend,

The signups for the Kingston HyperX Quake Live Tournament at DreamHack Winter 2012 closed last Sunday which means we finally can release the complete line up! Once again we're going to have a tournament filled with skilled players. The last 5 invites are not an exception to this!

After last week's win by evil, FACEIT Sunday Cup #6 is coming up. The tournament will start at 09:00 CDT, with check-ins opening at 08:00 CDT. Sign-ups are already open.

Another week has almost passed since our last update. The line up of the DreamHack Kingston HyperX Quake Live Tournament is getting better and better. With the players released today we've filled 11 of the 16 spots in the tournament. The applications closes at Sunday the 4th of November (4/11), so make sure to apply for a spot today!

Today we're happy to announce 6 more players: av3k, draven, k1llsen, madix, cl0ck and finally Rapha. The 5 last spots will be released next week, after the applications closes.

It's been a week of rest for the FACEIT Sunday Cups due to the Adroits LAN, but we're back this week with #5. As always, we're kicking off at 09:00 CDT, with check-ins opening at 08:00 CDT. Sign-ups are already open, here.

As Adroits LAN is over, we will also be changing our map pool to allow players to train for another upcoming event, namely DreamHack Winter. So we will be using that map pool. Casting will be provided by
