I came across this 10 mb zip file, which contains some (88) pictures that I made during the WCG finals in Korea last year. I don't know if anyone is interested in seeing them, but if you are you can download them.. expect some pics of the Americans, Russians and some others AND some landscape pics :)..

Event: WCG 2002

After the first XSI which was won by cK-fatal1ty XSReality did a second one. The main sponsor was AMD and it took place in the Lanarena Netcafe in London from the 21.04.01 - 22.04.01. The 16 best Quake3 players from Europa and the USA (8 each) were invited. Every EU player had to face every US player in duel. The continent with the most wins would win the overall title. Players were:

Europe:

-UNR-Blokey (England)
-UNR-Luke (Scotland)
All*LakermaN (Sweden)
All*DOOMer (Sweden)
All*Blue (Sweden)
Polosatiy (Russia)
aNc-stelam (Germany)
aNc-Slinger (Germany)

North America:

cK-fatal1ty (USA)
Revenant (USA)
Pureluck (USA)
Wombat (USA)
Vise (USA)
c3 (USA)
Socrates (USA)
cK-Insano (Canada)

Machines were Athlon 1Ghz, 128MB RAM and Voodoo 5500.

Europe won the overall title with 47:17. Lakerman and Polosatiy won all their 8 games. Best US player was fatal1ty at a shared 6th place with 5:3 games.

NOTE: If some of the comments with player names in it don't fit anymore really it is because of me editing the pictures allready. Thx to everybody who helped me with the names.
