I posted this at the World of Warcraft Forums here on ESR first, but Levi240 suggested I should post it in the movie section aswell, so here it is:

Im playing a lvl 60 druid on Twisting Nether under the name Boro. I've made a Druid PvP (player vs player) Movie together with an Druid player from the USA, named Ferahgo.

The movie features a bunch of PvP fights we had while playing the game. Offcourse we edited some effects in it and let it all play with some nice tunes.

We made this movie because its fun to make and edit a movie. Didn't make it to show skillfull fights or whatever, cos I don't have that much skill in this game :)

Note: if you never played World of Warcraft before, you might not find this movie interresting. Its the same that if you never played any FPS games and you are watching an Quake 3 movie, thats not really interresting either ;)

Either way, if you do watch it, i hope you enjoy it :)

Frag Highlight Video.

Featuring:
Moridin
Pyrogenix
blaQ
afflix-

Air rox, air flaks, air bios, amp runs, sprees, multis, combos, headshots (2x and 3x), etc....good music, good quality.

After several restarts and uncounted hours of work and effort, i present UT~]i[mmortalZ, the much improved sequel to my first movie.

Started as a solo work, but the frags i was seeing from pyro, blaq, and afflix- made me want to add some of their skills into the movie =).

Download and ENJOY!

Shows useful tricks and ways to get to armors, weapons, and locations, as well as showcasing Quake4 physics. Several tricks that use the newly discovered "crouch sliding" technique. This movie was mainly made with new players in mind, to show them basic techniques/jumps that they can apply to games, but can also be used to inspire players for new tricks and especially new ways to use crouch sliding. And for editing's sake, I included syncing as much as I could, and a few nice cams.

Music: Apotheosis - Victory

Special Thanks to Fei and Wussie

This is only the begining of Quake 4, let us see where it takes us.

Fjoggs of Twilight Pictures & Wussie of Shaolin Productions present to you: Admiratio - A Quake 4 Trickjumping movie.
---
Quoted by Wussie:-
This movie features all kinds of tricks on almost all standard Quake 4 maps, performed by Fjoggs, Wussie and Niklz.. All of this is synched to a few catchy, stylish tunes.

The main attraction would be the new Trickjumping technique Niklz and me found, but you'll have to download in order to check it out!

For me, the main reason to make this video was to prove to the Quake community that Quake 4 DOES have Tricking AND Moviemaking potential, even though both aren't perfect yet (namely the Moviemaking stuff), it's still possible to create a decent video with it.

Enjoy! And thanks for downloading

I've just finished and released my first movie.

This is the first UT movie released (that I know of) to use the new cams available and it uses them extensively.

This is not a frag movie, its a CTF clan movie.
There are some frags in and although they are not "omfg l33t" frags they look nice on the video.

Its been getting good feedback on own-age so if you like your ut movies ala Fooze (content over "deck 16 air rocket frags") then you can download it here:

I started to look for new tricks on The Fragging Yard 1v1 and found some very nice tricks. Some of them are very hard to make although some practise might make the jumping easier. I thought it was to boring to just capture the tricks and put them into an avi without any editing so i worked a few hours and made this little project.

All the tricks are performed without any weapon and can be done with default settings. I havnt altered gravity or whatever u may think.

For the people that have seen my 1st little trick vid, there is alot of new stuff here so MOVE-IT and download the thing ;) Big thanx to levi215 for hosting!

Just some trick movies I made to show a bit of the game in a brazilian forum I decided to post here in ESR.

The videos were made recoding a netdemo and then recording a normal demo of the netdemo, so I could avidemo it. Then used pjbmp2avi to encode with Xvid. Frame rate is 30 fps, no sound, 640x480 res.

Trickjumping in Over The Edge, the last trick is very nice:

Some jumps/tricks at mh room, nothing fancy:
http://rapidshare.de/files/6549034/mhroom.rar.html

First to second floor hyper'ed ramp jump (RL ramp) on Fragging Yard 1v1, pretty hard:

Known tricks in Fragging yard 1v1, done in sequence:

Made a short video trying to find every trick on that remake of q2dm1 in Quake4

Abit choppy at times , mostly because i had to record using bad demo record thingy since i was on my own server.

And that frag at the end i have alot of lag cuz the guy who has the server only had about 11 fps =P

Thanks to hemostick from #esreality for giving me a quick url to mirror from also to Slasher of #q4.se for beginning the mirroring chain. These movies were posted on dailyrush.dk however download options from there are limited.

As is now mentioned in some of the comments on the sandstorm video it seems the guy does a "ramp jump" gaining height of the inclined surface, so it could be the double jump is in there. Just people haven't figured it out yet.... Some of the sounds of the jumps seem a bit lightweight too....

Here are some trickjump videos from Tchouky.

There have been three videos of the retail version of Quake4 floating around the net for the past few hours. The three videos show off Quake4 CTF, a 1vs1 match in Q4DM1, and a walkthrough of "The Edge", one of the classic maps from Q2. As most people around the world looking for Quake4 at stores starting today, these videos give us a glimpse of the fun ahead. DivX is required.

Ilya 'bilz' Kushnir's long awaited Quakecon 2005 video is finally alive! This is a look at Quakecon from a volunteer/attendee perspective and contains some rather interesting footage. It’s broken down as follows:

Timeline of Id games
Various game footage
The history of Quakecon by Yossman (awesome guy)
Volunteers
Vendors
BYOC with case mods, game footage and “other”
Main events and contests

There’re also links to an extended version of Yossman’s interview. He puts Quakecon in a great perspective and really talks about how and why the event started. Yossman’s personality and ideals, like many of the staff’s, are the essence of Quakecon. The event works so well because it’s full of tireless dedicated people who love to work the event—for free. Those who give their time to Quakecon are rewarded with the real and genuine comradery of their gaming buddies. It’s a beautiful thing.

NOTE: This video is 18+. There are some rather interesting byoc shots. Hide your eyes children! Also the Fatal1ty cut-outs are highly abused.. it's quite humerous.

From bilz:

This file was included in the bigger version of the GQ3 archive but those who don't have it can grab it now. HF.
