This is my second movie so far.

"After 5 damn mother-f%$*&§ hot days of work my first Movie "IRONIATION" is finaly finished. You can see some of the best "Eiserne-Front" Fragscenes of the last year playing 1on1 online. I tried to combine Editing, Music and Effects to create a nice Balance of Eyecandy and Frag-highlights. Those of you who don't wonna watch just breathtaking Frags but an entertaining piece of movie should definitely see this one."

Last Thursday on TechTV's X-Play, they showed video from Morgan Webb's trip to QuakeCon 2003. She shows you some case mods in the BYOC, the tournament area, and the vendor area including around the Doom3 booth. She also has quick talks with id Software's Todd Hollenshead and Tim Willits. Morgan cracks a few jokes in the process of reporting which only a girl could make sound funny. The video runs 5:40 minutes and you need Windows Media Player 9 or the Windows Media Player 9 codec to watch the movie.

German quakers may already know these movies called wf attitude.

These movies contain some nice frags from our clan wf - waidlafragger, a german quake 3 clan (to be more precicely, we are all from the bavarian forests).
The first wf attitude episode was released in june '02 so it might look a little bit outdated now. With the the 2nd, which was released in nov. '02, we had some severe quality problems (sometimes it seems like the movie has only 10 fps).
I would therefore recommend that you download first of all part 3 (released july '03) and if you liked it, than you can load the other two.

Part 1 lasts 20 min., part 2 about 13 min. and part 3 about 20 min. again.

Keep in mind, that the wf attitude movies focus on nice frags and not nice effects. So, if you like fragmovies with nice frags, you'll most likely enjoy it. But if you think without nice effects you can watch a demo as well, then you will be most likely disappointed.

A new Quake 3 frag movie, featuring All*randlock, has been released. This time joka has been making the movie, so it features some cool effects and synchronized music (which was not a feature in previous randlock movies :p). The movie is 6:48 in length and weights in at about 155 megabytes (zipped).

Get ready for some oldschool ultra-violence!
The highly anticipated QuakeWorld video called 'QuakeWorld Reloaded' has now been officially released. The theme is basically much like the famous 'Frags Done Extreme'-movies (FDE for short). If you haven't already seen those, I suggest you to go and grab them over at the blueyonder QuakeWorld movie-archive. There you'll find all QW videos ever released.

The movie runs for a steady 23 minutes and features awesome frags and highlights by some of the best players from all around the world. It contains a lot of funny scenes as well, including some spectacular bores/teamkills and a small trickjump contest between dag and mescon. The film ends with a part showing off the thrilling ending of the ClanBase final between clan MalFunction and FiringSquad . The soundtrack is great varried and features both well known music like Rammstein, The Offspring, and Marilyn Manson, that fit really well into the frantic action, but also classical music as well as some funky techno.

On the same day as his birthday sozou has officially released his third and most anticipated counterstrike movie, Hard Clan - Die Hard. He is very well known for his other excellent works such as norslund and odolinkski and this one looks set to top them both. The movie runs for 9:20 and features the respected counterstrike clan, Hard Clan. Fresh effects, superb editing and great audio are all blended in very well; this movie is truly one of the best of its kind I've ever seen.

Related to this, a good interview of sozou has recently been added at sogamed.com which reveals alot about his new movie, past movies and ideas behind his movie making skills.

What do you think the cs community will like the most about this movie and why ?
Their frags. Crazy and unusual. I felt my adrenaline rise as I watched the movie and goosebumps were constant. Watch for yourselves when it is released. Combine these frags with cool video editing = Real good movie.

These democasts require both Q3/OSP (Q3 1.32 and latest OSP version should be fine).
In order to get it working you need to:

1) Extract the two .pk3 and .bat files to your <q3a>/osp directory.
2) Run <q3a>/osp/<nameofthematch>.bat
3) Before watching a second democast, remove the first .pk3 file !

So, enjoy this exciting demo, but make sure you delete the .pk3 file after you
finish watching it or you will hear live commentary each time you play a game of osp!

Hi there,

for those interested in keeping an avi version of the historical final ESWC QIIIA match, I did this movie from Coollers pov, with no interruptions and synchronized original sound, and no music :D
For me it is good to know that I'll be able to watch this great game in the future, when my OS probably won't let me install QuakeIIIArena or I won't be able to get the right OSP version or whatever, to watch this great match. Keep in mind you can also convert this to SVCD and show it to friends, grandmas and little children in their homes DVD players. They'll love it.

I recently quit playing quake 3 because of my connection and wanted to make a video as a bye bye :)
Been playing for around one and a half year and tried to find / capture the best frags by the best players out there in all this time. The result is this, a 13 mins 37 seconds movie.
