there was a guy before me who had the same nick. I guess his account got erased due to inactivity and later when I created my account with his old name I inherited his ELO on QLranks. You can see on qlranks that it says my first duel was 914 days ago and that I have 275 duels played and on my quakelive profile it says i have 104 duels and my account was created Aug. 10, 2014.

Anyone can play but it's European servers only. On the off chance that 2 NA players sign up and they meet each other in the bracket then it's totally fine for them to pick any server they like.

man i wish i could do this i'm really in that category of elo but i got a bump because steam noobs come on and they dont know how to play :((

Currently 29 signups

So, no tourney for me. The game just won't start (I'm on Steam, can't go back it seems). Gray screen for a second, then Windows again. When I starts it asks if I want to enable safe mode cause it didn't quit properly last time, but neither a yes or a no to that box makes it start :( It has worked before on Steam, but now, nope. I've tried reinstalling it, restarting Steam, the PC etc, nothing, been like this for days now. I've also verified the integrity of the game files, no go.

try verifying the files in your steam client, someone here https://steamcommunity.com/app/282440/discuss...316579388/ suggested it. or adding "-windowed" to launch options

Like I wrote, I already did verify them, still now go. I tried with "-windowed" added to launch options, no go still.
