ctf is dead and there wont be a lan tournament with prizemoney for the last 17 ctf pickup players that think 2 games a day means ctf is alive.

quakecon needs quake 4 duel.

More than ever, quakecon needs just one tournament, DUEL, announced as soon as possible, so lots of EU players can start making plans.

we need a duel tourney for the 7 duelers in europe who won't even be attending.

I disagree. Maybe you have growned tired of Quake, but you absolutely can't say that "Quake is boring now", the level of play is still very high.

I mean, it's normal to find something after a while, but as early as 2004 people were saying that Quake was dead and they wanted a new game. If the game has survived for 12 more years after that, it's because there are still people finding it non boring, you're just not one of them anymore, but you can't speak for everybody and call the game "boring now".++

It's called subjectivity. And noone in NA really plays quake anymore. I think a new arena fps is needed.

Also, I don't like how the top dueling has by and large stagnated compared to the 2000-2005 era.
