It's called russian style. If you look at pictures of most russians playing you would notice that almost all of them play with the keyboard in lap. The only russian I know of that is the exception is that LeXeR would occaisionally play with the keyboard in the middle of the table with this entire forearm resting on the table with it. His mouse/mousepad would then be more of a normal position close to the edge of the table.
