Choose the caption bubble to begin. If you want to upload a custom bubble or alternative image then submit the caption first, then edit the comment and attach a "Place img". Once the image is approved you can use it by editing the caption again.

If you're wondering who the hell is behind the mask, no one knows officially who the current stig is as far as I know but the original is meant to be Perry McCarthy (a former F1 driver).
The current stig though is believed to be a bunch of different people, not one set driver. There's a wiki entry for it all here.
