Yes you can, but I would recommend the MSI wind over any of these mini note books, or the Advent 4211 (A cheaper re-badged msi wind) as the keyboard layout means you can make smooth transition from your desktop.

the MSI wind isnt made nearly as well as most of the other brands (eee, acer & samsung mains ones)

as for keyboard layout the closest are the eee 1000, eee s101 and the best being the samsung n10.
