invites don't get sent out right away

you give someone an email and they invite you, but what actually happens is that you go to a queue, then every few weeks id send invite the next batch of people from those emails and so on

Yeah i knew that, but what i heard:
"Anyone who has just recently requested an invite, I'm terribly sorry, but iD has frozen the invites as of today. This could be a sign.."
