anyone else been watching or following the coverage on various sites?
just been watching the microsoft press conference and theyve been showing off some nice stuff.
the announcement of 'metal gear solid: rising' they also had some new hardware called 'project Natal' which looked quite interesting, it was a body motion controller and they had demos with people painting, boxing etc, kind of like the wii but alot more advanced. it also had a weird demo where u could talk and interact with a character on screen and he would react depending on your tone of voice and facial expressions etc.
they also showed some gameplay for 'halo 3: ODST' which im quite looking forward to playing and annoucing a new halo game called 'halo: reach'
theres also been the anouncement of 'left 4 dead 2' and a special edition monkey island. and sony revealed the 'psp GO' which is looking quite nice, a little bit larger than an iphone and has 16gig storage and will run off digital media only for games movies etc.
the microsoft press conference was pretty good so looking forward to seeing what nintendo and sony show off at theirs in the following days. stuff like 'MAG' 'God of War 3' and 'StarWars: the old republic'
i dont see id software on the exhibitors list unless they will have games on publishers bit (activision?) would like to see some more 'rage'
