All that is enabled in .menu file can be repositioned, what is enabled with cvars, like for example cg_drawTeamOverlay or cg_weaponBar is usually very restricted in where it can be drawn on the screen.

you can reposition everything that comes from your hud - health / armour / ammo values and bars, clock, scores, death messages etc, and there are some things that can be repositioned via cvars, for example item respawn timers in specmode
