LoL fans are a disgrace to gamers everywhere. What kind of lazy assholes would prefer a no-skill game like LoL? It's pathetic, and it's no wonder people have such negative views of gamers: Lazy, fat nerds, who want D&D graphics and gameplay.
We need to go ahead with this arcade plan. I'm telling you guys, it's the way to go. For every arcade we have tournaments, we could get at least 20 new players online. Considering the fact we only have about 20 players period, 20 new players is a major improvement. Tournaments could be run once a week (every saturday, maybe), prize money could be provided by the arcades themselves (the extra profit they gain from running these tournaments can be used for prize money). And you'd have to sign up for the tournament in person, at the arcade (which means, you'll likely stick around to play some arcade games). All the extra business these arcades would get, easily warrants the inclusion of such tournaments.
it's a good game/a smart marketing idea. low skill ceiling draws a lot of casuals who will gain early successes. +all the features you need to atleast pretend for everyone to achieve something.
cause of the comic graphics and the big ceiling around the heroes it's also very spectator friendly.
it might be not fair for you but it contains a truth and the insight of how things work and will. quake should be a lesson of how things can't succeed if it's only about the "..hard to master" feature while the "superior" portion is tiny as fuck.
It's not fair that a garbage tv program like american idol gets 20+ million viewers, while a kick ass show like Breaking Bad gets 2-3 million viewers. Hmm, I wonder if there's any correlation between people that like american idol and play this LoL (or anything other than quake to be honest).
