I bought a cheap used "chinese net cafe" DA 1800 3G, for modding. It used an Avago S3668.

edit: ok you are talking about 3.5G My bad.

I got a 1800dpi 3G from ebay and it had a S3668 too, was from South Korea tho. Upon further research I found out it was a special edition model made for the "PC Bang" gaming stores there. It was basically just a plain 3G without sidebuttons, worked/works great though. Had it for approaching 4 years now.

yes thats the one i got as well i guess. Unlike with other DA's its PCB was asymmetric though.
