It's more to do with them not putting the time to work on the strats because it's not their main interest. it's not down to not being able to achieve that level of play. That's the difference.

BTW, if

u know IC did go to qcon (or whatever) to play CTF and they didn't own even though they had played CTF for a few month so no... Czm socrates and whoever wouldn't own everything within hours.

I'm sorry the last time I checked ice climbers did not consist of Czm, Socrates, Fox and Toxic all playing together which is what I used as the basis for my point.

So if you're gonna try and disprove my point at least use what I said.
And I still say they would own any CTF/TDM team with a weeks worth of training together becasue they all have a huge history in team-play and all are top 10 duel players.

Anyway, if this was a comic forum it would be a bit like grown men arguing wh would win out of spiderman and batman so I'm stopping!

socrates, you'll find, was never a "top" tdm'er. he played with stx and 2c, but never moved mountains (or even pebbles) like the others you mentioned.

Well he actually only said 4 v 4 but you could also say that the ctf guys dont care about 1v1 as much either. But thats not the point anyway, your point was that the duellers didnt win in ctf coz they didnt play it much (irrespective of whether they care about it or not) and my point is that perhaps the ctf players dont do so well in duels because they dont play it much either. Quite simple really.

I think he pretty much stopped playing, except for a stint in ctf here and then with POQ.
He's now waiting for his connection, preparing his A-levels and works at mc donalds the rest of the time.
His pc doesn't have a 3D card =)
