There are several lucky shots in there clearly but half the time the gtv crowd appeared to go wild over some 'cheatrail' when he suddenly shifts his attention from high to low etc. i tought to myself well out of experience and /or the information i get from my teammates i would switch my cross from high to low also 85 % of the time in those cases The fact that enemies happen to appear when he does in no way proves hes cheating.

He does have an odd railaim but i'm not gonna nail him to the cross just yet :o

the very first rail he shoots after he first spawns (heads to mid, and shoots from high towards enemy low base entrance)

same thing, u'll often find that at these levels in ctf ppl do that as a sort of 'prediction rail' ,i know i do at times at least

well the problem here is that it is easy to see those spam prediction rails, I myself do tons of them. The easiest way to see those happen is how you peek and adjust really quick in those situations (given that you already know the guy is in that vicinity)
Here you see not just something really funny as adjust and peek, but he does it completely without any sound as well!

As a sidenote, my personal branding of him being a cheater happened some time ago already with him doing the same sort of stuff at q4, and q3 for years before that. He always had some excuses because he would completely suck for a day then it would turn in to a "rail everything everywhere" festival

now, you played cs right? I am not sure how familiar you are with the way to aim at quake 3 then, the flaw of the video is that the personm who made it should have done it with that command that shows certain points of the hitbox etc through walls( was used on a video to expose someone called satan in europe, was a fun vid), if that was enabled it would have been easier for anyone to see how he stays RIGHT ON the enemymodel even when the guy is behind the walls, all the way, if he was just looking in that direction it would have been fine.
This is not how people behave or aim in those situations, neither can you do it that perfectly really..

well i just remember a few of your posts, what i mean with dead on is from what i see, keeping shooting is ok but you normaly adjust for the wall that is inbetween. I did not mean wall in the sense that he went down there, but the reason he is still aiming like that could be because of a wallhack, or it could be autoaim or whatever. I am really not too knowledgeable on the different kinds of cheats or specific functions. I just know that is very very very wrong heh

Aye thanks, as far as I managed to gather from the incredibly helpful (...) race of people called IRC'ers, the command stopped working after some updates (of Q3 or OSP, can't remember) and this is kind of what I've noticed myself trying to do it. Thought it would be perhaps as in SoF2 where there's a sof2mpdev.exe which enables these commands (while disabling online play of course) but haven't found any of the sort. :(

it works on baseq3 still, so an osp issue
you can run osp demos at baseq3, they look worse without the models etc but it suits the purpose

Alright, thought I would've tried that and come to the conclusion OSP demos wouldn't run on base but perhaps it was so obvious I just missed it :) Will try, thanks.

I was watching a game from back in 2003 and they were playing a team from D|S and that team had.. rilla, apoztle, best and barnak.. and they had to sup out p3d and the other 3 players of Darkside were saying in teamtalk "no p3d = ez win" etc. As they subbed him with a player called anicca.. and then rilla and co started saying "who this nub?!?!" and then D|S-Best.. just said "hes no noob" and he (anicca) played decently from what i could see. They had rev on the roster but as far as i knew he never played.

If Napalm is really legit then he should compete in q4 in all these upcoming tournaments, as his aim is on the same level as toxics if not surpassing. I think he uses a hack, but if he was to prove everyone wrong on lan and wasn't, then I think he' get far and perhaps become one of the best duelers in america.

these old CTF demos are unwatchable in CPMA.

it says (whoever is current POV) returned their own flag when the enemy has actually returned his flag, and has the colors mixed up constantly and all kinds of crap. the old CTF sounds are also out of whack.

I guess that explains why these retards have the default at oldCTFsounds 2.
