Some people say Phrantic is a spectator friendly map. If you watch the Phrantic demo which is linked above, you will wonder if a game could be more boring that that.
I'm really not one of toxic's fans after watching that...

EDIT:
OK, after watching Monsoon I realised it's not the map. It's just toxic. Whoever didn't fall asleep after Phrantic will surely be finished off by Mr. Hyde Mr. Hide (Dr. Jekyll being blue in this case...) with the second demo.
