my HD280s suck, the left driver is weaker than the left, they're extremely uncomfortable after the foam starts to lose its spring, and the plastic headband bit is starting to crack. also the foam on the headband bit is coming loose as well.
funny thing is that i've really looked after them. they have a nice even response and all, aside from the fact of one ear being louder than the other...but yeah, i couldn't believe it when i started to notice, i honestly thought i must be going deaf in one ear..so one day i accidentally put them on the opposite way and found out i wasn't :P
this new wave of ear canal buds do a better job of noise cancelling than clamp headphones these days anyway..
if I just played cs then I could compete in xplayn.com's 1v1 aim tournament... they have that stuff each month with prizes from SoftTrading (steel / ice series), this time it's those plugs :)
no doubt... used to play some times on lan with friends... using the pistol is 10x more fun, since it brings up more rage in your opponent when you kill them = easy to go on a spree :D
