some sort of secret backing, works with the qck to ensure no less than 80% railgun accuracy
i tried to take a peek under but as I was going to lift it up, he grabbed my wrist and asked me if I was sure I wanted to do that. I could tell by the tone of his voice and the look in his eye that I definitely DID NOT. :(
I used to use the Steelpad S&S with a MTW pad under it. Having the MTW under it causes the friction to be much more consistent compared to simply using the S&S on my desk. It's probably the same for any low profile mouse pad so I suspect that's why he's got something under there.
I've no idea why it makes the friction more consistent but without the MTW pad the S&S is useless.
qck+ too thin. It's more of a safety net to put mousepads under the mousepad you play with. Some tournament have very bad tables and those extra mousepads will help smoothen things out for sure. I used to play with two everglide titan mousepads.
